These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between EfiRoute and all individuals and companies ("User") who use the EfiRoute web platform, API service, or courier mobile application. By accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms.
EfiRoute is a SaaS platform providing route optimization, courier management, real-time tracking, in-app chat with voice notes (PTT), delivery proof capture, customer management, loading assistant, and reporting services.
These Terms apply to all EfiRoute products and services including the web application (efiroute.com), API integration, and the Android/iOS courier mobile app.
To register on the platform, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of your legal representative.
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account credentials (email and password).
If you suspect unauthorized access, you must immediately change your password and notify us at info@efiroute.com.
A user registering on behalf of a company represents that they have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.
EfiRoute offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription plans. Each plan's project limits, courier capacity, and features are described on the product pages.
Free plan: 3 projects per month, up to 2 couriers per project, up to 50 delivery points per project, $5 monthly free credit.
Pro plan: 100 projects per month, up to 10 couriers per project, up to 500 delivery points per project, advanced reporting and route history.
Enterprise plan: Unlimited projects and couriers, custom integration and API, 24/7 priority support, 99.9% SLA.
All payments are processed via Stripe. Card details are never transmitted to EfiRoute servers; they are handled directly and securely by Stripe.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the start of each billing period unless cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period; no refunds are issued for unused time.
Price changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance.
The Free plan includes $5 monthly credit. Credits do not accumulate and do not carry over to the next period.
Wallet balance can only be used for EfiRoute services and is not refundable as cash.
EfiRoute reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional credits without prior notice.
You may only access the platform for lawful, ethical purposes consistent with these Terms.
The following uses are strictly prohibited: creating unlawful or harmful content; sending spam, phishing, or deceptive messages; unauthorized data collection or scraping; reverse engineering, accessing source code, or copying platform components; activities that threaten system security, network integrity, or other users; using the platform to build a competing product or service.
Accounts violating these rules may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
The courier mobile app is intended solely for couriers performing assigned delivery tasks and is not designed for dispatcher or managerial use.
The app collects GPS location in real time during active tasks and shares it with the employer/dispatcher. By installing the app, the courier consents to location tracking.
Voice note (PTT) recordings and photos sent are shared with task participants and stored on EfiRoute servers.
The app uses location, camera, microphone, and notification permissions for core service functions. Denying these permissions may cause related features to stop working.
Content you upload to the platform (customer addresses, delivery notes, photos, voice recordings, etc.) belongs to you.
You grant EfiRoute a limited, non-transferable license to process, store, and transmit this content to relevant users for the purpose of service delivery.
You are solely responsible for any damages arising from uploading false or misleading content.

The EfiRoute brand, logo, interface, software, API design, and all original content are owned by EfiRoute and protected by copyright, trademark, and applicable laws.
These Terms do not grant any ownership rights over EfiRoute intellectual property; only a limited, non-transferable, revocable personal license to use the platform is granted.
You may not copy, publish, license, or commercially use any part of the platform without written permission.
EfiRoute relies on third-party services including Google Cloud (route optimization, maps, storage), Stripe (payment), Postmark (email), and Firebase (notifications).
Use of these services is subject to the respective third parties' own terms of service. EfiRoute accepts no liability for interruptions or errors of third-party services.
Google Maps Platform is subject to Google's Terms of Service.
EfiRoute targets 99.9% monthly uptime for Enterprise plans. No specific SLA is guaranteed for other plans.
Brief service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure updates, or unexpected technical issues. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.
Our liability for losses arising from service interruptions is limited to the subscription fee paid for the relevant period.

EfiRoute shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, third-party service errors, network issues, or force majeure events.
EfiRoute's total liability under any claim is limited to the subscription fees paid in the relevant preceding 3-month period.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability; in such cases, the limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.
You may delete your account at any time via efiroute.com/account-deletion or by contacting info@efiroute.com.
EfiRoute may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in cases of breach of these Terms, misuse of the service, or legal requirements.
Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted once the retention periods specified in our Privacy Policy have elapsed.
EfiRoute may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email or in-app notification.
Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The current Terms are always available at efiroute.com/terms-of-use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. If resolution is not achieved, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
Users residing in the EU/EEA retain the right to approach their local consumer protection courts.
