How pricing works

Each plan includes monthly optimization credits that are used first. Any usage beyond your monthly credits is billed per run, because each calculation calls the Google Cloud Route Optimization API.

When you are NOT charged

  • System errors: If the optimization service is unreachable (e.g. Google API outage, network failure on our side), nothing is deducted from your balance. The full amount stays in your wallet.
  • Route could not be created: If the optimization runs but cannot produce a valid route (e.g. invalid addresses, missing coordinates), you are charged a flat $1 only — not the full per-courier fee.

Per-driver tools bill the same amount every month, no matter how often you optimize. EfiRoute only charges for the optimizations you actually run. Competitor rates are typical public list prices and may change.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes 3 projects per month, up to 2 couriers per project and $5 of optimization credit every month. This credit is applied first when you run an optimization, separate from any wallet balance you add manually. Enough for roughly 5 small optimizations to evaluate the platform at no cost.

How am I charged for route optimizations?

You pay $1 per courier included in each optimization run. Your monthly credit allowance ($5 on Free, $15 on Pro) is used first — it is separate from your wallet balance and applied automatically. Any cost beyond the monthly credit is deducted from your wallet. If the optimization fails due to a system error you are not charged; if it runs but cannot produce a valid route you are charged a flat $1.
